At our school, we embrace the true spirit of Montessori education through our carefully designed learning environment. Our classrooms bring together children aged 3 to 6 years old, creating a rich community where younger children learn from their older peers while older children develop leadership and empathy.
Our Core Goals Through our comprehensive program, we nurture:
Above all, we foster a genuine love for learning and life!
Since 2003, we have remained true to the original Montessori philosophy while thoughtfully adapting our approach based on our deep understanding of children's needs. Our years of experience have taught us the importance of viewing each child as a unique individual, nurturing their distinct strengths, and building the confidence they need to step boldly into the world.
We believe that education flourishes when it extends beyond our classroom walls. When parents and teachers work together, learning becomes a seamless journey that enriches every aspect of a child's life. This partnership is essential to creating an environment where children truly thrive.
As Head Directress of Meher Montessori Academy, Uma Ivatury brings an unwavering dedication to early childhood education. While her academic journey began in science and computer technology, Uma found her true calling in nurturing young minds. For over two decades, she has dedicated herself to creating a nurturing environment where children can flourish during their most formative years.
"Being part of a child's early journey is nothing short of a blessing," Uma often shares with parents. "Each day brings new opportunities to shape these bright young minds in small but meaningful ways."
Uma's unique background in technology, combined with her passion for early childhood development, brings a special perspective to her educational leadership. Under her guidance, Meher Montessori Academy has become more than just a preschool – it's a place where curiosity is celebrated and young minds are inspired to grow.
